off duty fun
It's been several weeks since I've actually worked my shift at the flight skool. Student cancelled tonight and Friday for his work schedule, so I can't shirk this Wednesday. It's ok, though, because I actually have a task. Since Student got investigated for bioterrorism, I'll try to make sure we're all covered as far as Motherland Security is concerned. I'm positive that I did the TSA endorsement in his logbook, so no worries there. I check my file at the flight skool to make sure there's a record of my TSA training. It's there, and it says that I even did the official guvnmint training that shows you pictures of people loitering around the airport and asks whether or not they're likely terrorists. So I think I've done sufficient CYA.

Now, it's on to updating my logbook with about a month's worth of flights. And going down my list of phone calls. Some instrument students are going to fly practice approaches, even though there's incoming freezing rain and ice pellets. I express disapproval. I like IFR Warrior, and I don't want anything bad to happen to it. When the shop closes, the maintenance guys stop by to harrass me with their daily dose of politically incorrect humor.
